At Ae, Inc. we use LabVIEW software and NI Hardware to measure and record test data. We consult with our customers and look hard at the electronics being tested before we decide on what is needed to get it done. It's all about knowing electronics and how to measure and record signals.

The photo at the right is a typical Ae, Inc. job. We ESS tested 98 development cell phone boards for Ericsson. Each board contained 88 resistance nets that required measuring during 800 thermal cycles. We did it all with NI hardware and LabVIEW. At the end of each day, we emailed the conditionally formatted Excel test data to the project engineer.

We designed and built the cabling, designed the LabVIEW VI, designed the Excel Spreadsheet format, programmed the ESS chamber, Calibrated the ESS chamber, took all of the resistance and temperature data, and wrote the final test report complete with digital photos.
